Things people usually ask us

What size of company do you typically work with? +

Most of our clients are small to mid-sized businesses with between 20 and 200 staff. That said, the nature of the work matters more than headcount — if your company is hiring, managing people, or running regular meetings, there's probably something useful we can do together.

How long does each engagement take? +

The Hiring Conversation Guide is a short engagement — typically completed within two to three weeks. The Manager Peer Coaching Group runs over twelve weeks with fortnightly sessions. Operating Rhythm Design usually takes three to four weeks from first interview to the follow-up note.

Do you work with companies outside Penang? +

Yes. Much of our work can be done with a combination of in-person and remote sessions. We're based in Georgetown, Penang, but we've worked with companies in Kuala Lumpur and other parts of Malaysia. Contact us and we'll figure out an arrangement that works.

What happens after we get in touch? +

We'll reply within one to two working days to set up a short call or meeting — usually 30 to 45 minutes. That conversation helps us understand your situation and explain which service, if any, would be a good fit. There's no pressure and no obligation at that stage.

Are the prices listed on the website final? +

The prices shown are our standard rates. For the Hiring Conversation Guide and Operating Rhythm Design, the scope is defined enough that the price is firm. For the Manager Peer Coaching Group, pricing applies to one cohort of four to six managers. If your situation differs, we're happy to discuss what's appropriate.

Is our company's information kept private? +

Yes. We treat everything shared during our work together with discretion. We do not discuss client details with other clients or reference specific situations in any public materials without explicit permission. We're happy to sign a confidentiality agreement if that's important to your organisation.
